Welcome to GolfNS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GolfNS website (golfns.ca) and services, including the GolfNS Insider Pass membership program.
By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
The GolfNS Insider Pass provides members with:
Specific discounts and benefits vary by partner and are subject to change. Current benefits are listed on our website and communicated to members via email.
We offer the following membership options:
Membership is available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Each membership is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
To redeem member benefits at partner courses:
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change membership prices. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Applicable taxes (HST) are included in the displayed membership price.
You may cancel your membership at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member benefits until that date. No partial refunds are provided for the current month.
Annual memberships may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if no member benefits have been used. After 30 days, or if benefits have been used, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term with no refund.
For refund requests, contact hello@golfns.ca. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Partner courses and businesses may join or leave the GolfNS network at any time. We strive to maintain and grow our partner network but cannot guarantee specific partners will always be available.
Each partner course sets its own policies regarding:
GolfNS is not responsible for partner policies or course conditions. Disputes with partner courses should be addressed directly with the course.
Member discounts are applied at the point of sale by the partner course. GolfNS is not responsible for errors in discount application. If you experience issues, contact us at hello@golfns.ca.
Some events require separate registration and may have additional fees. Event details, including pricing and cancellation policies, are provided at the time of registration.
GolfNS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, insufficient registration, or other circumstances. In case of cancellation by GolfNS, registered participants will receive a full refund of event fees.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as needed.

All content on the GolfNS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GolfNS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
THE GOLFNS WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLFNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GolfNS, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
